• Medication Limitations: Eligible $0 medications apply strictly to the Independent Network $0 Medication Catalog, subject to provider approval and pharmacy availability. Non-listed formulations are managed directly with the independent dispensing pharmacy.
• Corporate Independence: IndyVyve is a non-clinical technology platform. We do not practice medicine, provide clinical advice, or manufacture, compound, or dispense drugs. All medical services are provided exclusively by independent third-party entities (including National Telehealth Providers, Leg Up Recovery, and LegUpRx).
• Emergency Notice: Virtual care routing is for routine, non-emergency conditions only. Independent providers do not prescribe controlled substances. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or the 988 Crisis Lifeline immediately.
